About Us

WHERE WE WORK

FNF Work Locations.png

FNF has the proper licensing and registrations to work throughout the continental United States. We are currently working in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas, and North Dakota.

FNF has an innovative approach to safety, quality, and production along with a skilled workforce to bring value to all stakeholders on every project.

SAFETY

At FNF, safety is an attitude.  Our people are our most valuable asset, and they will not be exposed to injury or illness as a result of their employment.  FNF’s Senior Management made a commitment to develop and implement a Safety & Health Program unmatched in the industry. Employees are treated with respect, and FNF encourages and rewards safety suggestions, comments, and concerns to make our Safety Program a continued success.

Claims management is also a very important tool used in FNF’s approach to the Loss Control Program. FNF’s full-time Loss Control Director is actively involved to minimize the loss of earnings for the injured worker by either eliminating or drastically reducing unnecessary lost time. Our aggressive Return-to -Work Program coupled with a solid reputation in the medical community lessens the associated costs therefore allowing them to give the best value to their customers.

FNF is proud of our safety excellence.  Our success has been recognized on national and statewide levels.  Most recently, FNF Construction and subsidiary were awarded the first ever blue level status for a general contractor in the state of New Mexico through the New Mexico OSHA Heavy Highway Construction Safety Partnership program.  FNF demonstrated excellence in developing and maintaining a safety and health culture through programs, dedication, and training. Their excellent safety program can be evidenced by the company’s ability to maintain an injury and illness rate 50% below the national industry average and an EMOD below 1.00.

QUALITY

Completing a project that is of high quality is important to FNF’s team.  FNF’s Quality Control staff provides project teams with the necessary tools and training to make each project a quality project.  FNF designs a Quality Control Program that is project-specific based on the Owner’s requirements and FNF’s quality requirements.  Communication from project sites to FNF’s Quality Control Department is made on a daily basis through Field and Inspection Reports, Test Result Logs, In-house pre-activity meetings, and Agency Preconstruction.  FNF’s commitment to quality has resulted in national recognition through the National Asphalt Pavement Association.  In 2005, FNF received the Sheldon G. Hayes award for having the smoothest nationwide project of the year.

PRODUCTION

Possibly the most challenging aspect that the heavy-highway industry faces is performing work that is safe and of high quality, but that is also highly productive.  FNF is successful in achieving this difficult task.  The company employs qualified personnel with highly skilled Craft Superintendents that can be considered experts in their area of distinction.  Our ability to self-perform much of the work on our contracts allows us to better manage and support our subcontractors, therefore allowing a project to stay on schedule.  We support our personnel with the necessary tools to maximize production.  These tools include state-of-the-art equipment and in-house technical support which guides and educates employees on FNF’s innovative construction methods.
