Safety is an Attitude at FNF:

Our people are our most valuable asset, and will not be exposed to injury or illness as a result of their employment.  SafetyVisit16_sm.jpg

FNF’s Senior Management made a commitment to develop and implement a Safety & Health Program unmatched in our industry.  Our employees are treated with respect.   FNF encourages and rewards safety suggestions, comments, and concerns, because ultimately our field craft workers make our Safety Program a success.

Our customers are our future.

In the safety planning process of all project functions, we pursue all available avenues to protect our customers from loss due to accidents of all types. This includes injury and property damage, environmental releases, and the spoilage of materials and product.

Claims management is also a very important tool used in FNF’s approach to the Loss Control Program.  If an injury accident does occur, we play an active role in the management of that claim.  FNF’s full-time Loss Control Director interacts with the injured worker, the physicians, and the claim examiners to expedite the recovery of the injured worker in the most efficient manner.  This approach minimizes the loss of earnings for the injured worker by either eliminating or drastically reducing unnecessary lost time. Our aggressive Return-to -Work Program coupled with a solid reputation in the medical community lessens the associated cost to FNF, therefore allowing us to give the best value to our customers.

One very significant benefit of this process is that the employees are informed of what they can expect and are comfortable asking questions about the process; it is the unmanaged, unhappy, and insecure worker that typically file third party liability claims.

We strongly encourage true partnering with regard to safety, health and environmental issues. This strong relationship with our clients has played a major role in achieving our level of safety excellence.

FNF is an Equal Opportunity/AA Employer and offers a Drug-free Workplace
