Asphalt Rubber

For over 15 years, we have been a premier producer and supplier of asphalt rubber binder in the Southwest. Our years of experience have allowed us to develop methods that deliver the material uniformly, environmentally safe, and economically at production rates that are unmatched by our competitors.

The company’s highly portable and specialized production system uses finely ground crumb rubber (from tires that would otherwise be dumped into landfills) and mixes it with liquid asphalt at high temperatures. The mix is blended, agitated and stored to allow the ingredients to react.

The result is a more flexible, durable and crack-resistant asphalt paving material, which can withstand higher temperature variations resulting in a pavement that will last longer than conventional AC materials.
