Field Craft and Hourly Personnel

Our Field Craft and Hourly personnel receive a fringe benefits package, while working on federally-funded projects subject to Davis Bacon wages, which includes both a Health and Welfare Plan and a Pension Plan provision.

Medical and Prescription Plan A Preferred Provider Plan is available to our employees through UnitedHealthcare. Plan Highlights include $15 co-pay for in-network office visits and a three-tier pharmacy benefit, including mail-order prescriptions for increased cost savings.

Life Insurance Benefits Employees are provided with a basic level of coverage for both life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment. Paid at 100% by FNF

Davis-Bacon Retirement Plan A portion of the fringes on Davis Bacon jobs* are contributed to the Retirement Plan, which is administered through SEI Investments. It features a popular loan provision, yet still encourages employees to save for the future.
