Pecos, McQueen, & Queen Creek Road Improvements
FNF was awarded to provide construction manager at risk services to the City of Chandler for this road widening project. The project encompasses the relocation of 8,200 LF of SRP irrigation ditch, the widening of the road to six lanes, and constructing sidewalks, street lights, bike lanes, and landscaping.
The project also includes ductile iron pipe and VCP sewer line. The project is currently in the pre-construction design phase, and construction is anticipated to begin in early September.
