Surprise Pointe CMARFNF provided Construction Manager at Risk Services for Keshvar, LLC within the City of Surprise to develop a commercial/industrial site on Waddell Road between Litchfield and Dysart Roads. The work includes paving, grading, drainage, potable water main, reclaimed water mains, sewer main, landscaping and street lighting for the infrastructure improvements to the commercial / industrial park. The work includes the site work along with widening Waddell, Litchfield, and Dysart Roads. The coordination between the utility companies is also extensive, first order of business was obtaining permission from BNSF Railroad to cross underneath the existing tracks with the new water system. |
