CM@R and Design-Build  

When project owners are looking for the most qualified team and not just the lowest bidder, FNF has the right team to complete the work.  A need for faster delivery of projects that are on budget and of higher quality and value has created more alternate procurement delivery methods.  FNF's ability to provide design input in CM@R and Design Build makes us a leader in this growing market.

Preconstruction Services: FNF performs design and constructability reviews, estimating, GMPs, and value engineering.

Design Team: Part of any team's success is defined by how well the sum of the parts work together to allow the team to achieve its goals. FNF has put together a well-rounded team of highly qualified individuals that have extensive experience with all project delivery methods.

The following projects represent a sampling of FNF's alternate project delivery method experience:

GM SWPG- Flyover May 2009 046_OVERVIEW.gifGM Proving Grounds: FNF provided preconstruction and construction services on this Construction Manager at Risk GM Southwest Proving Ground Improvements Project for General Motors near Yuma, Arizona. This 2,500 acre site included mass grading, rip rap, soil cement, aggregate base, drainage, and asphalt paving. FNF was chosen for our ability to adhere to the strict quality control requirements and maintain a tight schedule while building a vehicle testing facility.

TRB 1.jpgThunderbird Road: This $15.8M Construction Manager at Risk project for the City of Peoria consisted of New River re-channelization, gabion bank protection, a bridge widening, concrete curb and gutter, drainage, grading, paving, streetlights, traffic signals and landscaping.  Multi-agency coordination with the City of Peoria, FCD, MCDOT, ADOT and private developers was required.

Surprise Pointe: FNF provided Construction Manager at Risk Services for Keshvar, LLC within the City of Surprise to develop a commercial/industrial site on Waddell Road between Litchfield and Dysart Roads. The work includes paving, grading, drainage, potable water main, reclaimed water mains, sewer main, landscaping and street lighting for the infrastructure improvements to the commercial / industrial park. The work includes the site work along with widening Waddell, Litchfield, and Dysart Roads.  The coordination between the utility companies is also extensive, first order of business was obtaining permission from BNSF Railroad to cross underneath the existing tracks with the new water system.
