The projects below provide a sampling of FNF's Private Development experience:
Casa Grande Promenade / Florence Traffic Interchange: This $18.1, multi-phase project was located on the northeast corner of Interstate 10 and State Route 208 (Florence Blvd.) in Casa Grande, Arizona.
FNF contracted with Westcor / Pederson Group’s Casa Grande Retail Center at the Northeast corner of Interstate 10 and Florence Boulevard. The first phase was Pinal County’s first multiplex and provides residents with 1,300,000 square feet of shopping and entertainment. FNF’s work entailed site earthwork, including building pads, 360,000SY of paving, and all utility adjustments.
The second phase of the contract included the construction of Mission Parkway where FNF acted as a General Contractor for complete installation of all drainage structures, 12” water line, drywells, retentions, earthwork, subgrade, paving, concrete, and striping. The third phase was to construct the offsite I-10 Florence BLVD interchange through WP Casa Grande as a General Contractor coordinating the work with ADOT for the Owner.
Solera at Johnson Ranch: FNF was the paving contractor on this project located in the Johnson Ranch community in Queen Creek, Arizona. FNF paved phases two and three of the community. The paving consisted of approximately 60,000 square yards.
Paving on phase two was started within only one week of notice. FNF was able to coordinate multiple moves in order to accommodate housing completion dates and maintain the project budget. Phase three was completed in just two weeks to accommodate schedule with no cost increase to the Owner.
